Pre-Check your family

Our check-in process is designed to keep every child safe and secure while attending church. We know that checking in at new church can be daunting, but it is much easier when your children are already in the system.

Please fill out this form for your family then come to check-in in the Student Center Lobby (there are big flags outside the door).

Let the Check-in hosts know you completed the pre-check form and head to one of the iPads.
Type in your phone number to print stickers, and you will be checked in.

**Instructions for filling out the form**

Please begin by filling out information on the primary guardian/parent of the children who will check-in.
Add each child by clicking/tapping "add child" at the bottom of the form.
Click "add adult" on the Household Members question to add other adults who can pick up your children.

Any adults added here will be able to pick up and drop off kids.

If your child is photographed, their photo could be used on our website, in print material, or posted on social media. We never post children's names and cover their nametags if they are visible. If you don't want your child photographed we understand and respect your choice, please let us know here.
